Discover your green thumb during this four-part class arranged and taught by the NDSU Extension Service/Ramsey County.  Class participants will learn to start plants from seed, how to transplant nursery plants, basics of soil preparation, identification of common garden insects and plant diseases, harvesting, your garden bounty and sharing with others through the Hunger Free ND Garden Project.  Gardening supplies and seeds provided,

LOCATION: Multi-purpose building, Ramsey County Fairgrounds (2 1/2 miles west of Devils Lake on Hwy. 19)

DATES: Saturday, May 22 9:30-11:30 am; Fridays June 11, 25 and July 9 from 1-3 pm

FEES: $15.00
