3rd and 4th grade

-Defense will be man to man, NO double-teaming, and NO full- court pressure.

-Games will be two 20-minute halves.  -No score will be kept. -Play will be 4 on 4.

-When defensive foul occurs the team will get ball back.  No free-throw will be shot.

-When offensive foul occurs the defense will get the ball.

-Each player will play an EQUAL amount of time according to practices attended and

  any disciplinary situations that arise.

-A numbering system may be used by coaches to determine starters and

  substitutions.  Coaches will use their desired record keeping system.

-All players will get a chance to start a game.  The same players will not start every 

 game.  -All players will get a chance to play different positions.
