The Devils Lake Youth Hockey Program will begin the week of October 17. Registration dates and times for this program will be announced in the fall. Registration must be made in person. NO PHONE registrations will be accepted and no registration is final until fees are paid and insurance forms are completed by the parent or guardian.

AGE: 9 & 10 year olds
FEE: $85.00 resident/$95.00 non-resident


**PLEASE NOTE** Parents for ALL Squirt through Bantam age groups MUST complete a waiver form and have it signed and returned BEFORE the child will be allowed to participate in any practice or game.

The Devils Lake Blue Line Club has provided youth hockey equipment to be rented out for youth that participate in the Devils Lake Hockey Programs. Dates this year for equipment checkout will be announced. There is a $25.00 rental fee on all equipment.
