Classroom instruction and hands-on instruction with Off the Road vehicles provided for class. ND law requires youth ages 12-16 who do not have a valid driver's license or learner's permit to take a safety certification class in order to legally operate OHV;s on land other than the parent's. This class meets those requirements. Parents must complete activity release prior to class. Participants are to wear closed toe shoes and long pants.
