Devils Lake Park District Speed and Acceleration Training

Using harness-supported treadmills, participants safely work at high velocities to develop proper sprint form, quicker turnover, stronger force production, and improved acceleration mechanics. The harness system provides support and safety while enabling athletes to push beyond traditional ground-based speed limitations.

The program features Tuff Tread HS Elite treadmills.  There are heavy-duty, high-performance treadmills designed for elite athletic training, exercise science, and rehabilitation, featuring speeds up to 26 mph, a 30% incline, and a 700 lb user capacity. They feature an integrated sled push mode for anaerobic training, a mobile safety spotting harness, and a 220V, 5 HP motor for consistent, intense training.

How to Sign Up

  1. Stop by the Park District office located at the back of Dockside Entertainment (807 Highway 20 South Suite 1) to purchase sessions.
  2.  Visit sign up genius s at XXX to reserve your sessions times.

Rates are based per person

  • Drop-ins; Pay by the day- $20
  • 2 WEEKS (6 sessions)- $115
  • 4 WEEKS (12 sessions)- $215
  • 6 WEEKS (18 sessions)- $275
  • 8 WEEKS (24 sessions)- $325

Cash, check, or credit card are accepted.

Rate rules and Information

  • There are NO Refunds for unused sessions.
  • All payments must be made at the Devils Lake Park Distcit office.
  • Same day drop-ins must comes to the Park District office to pay FRIST before attendings a class.
